Way back in 2002, I started a little newsletter called “Kahr Notes”. I ran it for around 10 years, and then sometime in 2012, a combination of ennui brought on by too much travel mixed with a lack of time brought on by too much work led to its death.
It’s back for its second incarnation. It’s the sequel that no one asked for; think of it as “Alien vs. Predator” but for commercial real estate.
