I’m pleased to announce that my partner, Jack O’Connell, and I are developing a new coworking space at 25 Pompton Avenue in Verona, New Jersey under our newly launched brand, “Essex Suites” (www.essexsuites.com) to open in April 2020.
We will be offering private team suites, office suites, dedicated desks, a shared cafe, and three shared conference rooms. All offices are fully furnished and will come with free parking, high-speed internet, and utilities included. There will also be a full-time onsite community manager.
We would like to invite people who have unique experiences and passions to share their innovative spirit to grow their startup, small business, or practice in a community with like-minded entrepreneurs. We also welcome those that want to avoid the commute to their primary workplace.
In addition, we are seeking additional sites in northern New Jersey for future expansion. Unlike our competitors, we are looking for locations to buy; we’re not looking to lease space. If you have vacant office product for sale, we’d love to speak with you.
