In 2019, we were hired to create training materials for the launch of a new commercial cash flow analysis tool. The product was Assess+RE.
We created a training manual that documented the complexities of the software and created a series of exercises and case studies that showed how best to use the software. We also conducted a series of training seminars at a universities across the country to support the launch and also to train the first generation of users.
This assignment built on our long involvement in training at the graduate level, the development of training materials, and also our deep understanding of the complexities of the financial modeling of commercial real estate.
