Over the last 20 years, we’ve delivered a range of training courses for corporations, governments, and universities.
Our project simulation “boot camp” that we designed for incoming project managers at the New York City Economic Development Corporation is one that encompasses a wide range of materials, utilized multiple instructors, and covered a range of topics. We also conducted these “boot camps” for multiple years in the mid-2010s.
Over a period of five days spread out over a series of weeks, students learned real estate finance and investment, construction and development process and finance, negotiation skills, and real estate market analysis. They also had to complete a project simulation case study and present their development plan to a panel of participants that was comprised of senior-level personnel from a range of municipal agencies and the Mayor’s office.
This engagement shows the breath of our knowledge base and our ability to design and deliver training solutions for high-functioning organizations.
