I’m very excited by the strides that are being made by Assess+RE. If you’ve ever used competing commercial real estate cash flow modeling tools, you know how hard they can be to use and also how poorly designed most of them are.
This new product is not only easy to use and well organized; it also just added a portfolio management suite so it can be used for much larger transactions.
In the interest of full disclosure, I’m on their Board of Advisors, so yes, I’m biased. That said, check out the link. It’s pretty cool.
