Joshua Kahr, our Principal, is also an adjunct associate professor at Columbia University where he teaches real estate finance in the Masters of Science of Real Estate Development program. KREG offers a corporate version of his class in a two or three day format for firms that need to rapidly train their staff in real estate finance and investment.

The course examines the complexity of real estate transactions from a variety of perspectives including those of lenders, equity investors, and developers. KREG has also offered courses to corporations on real estate market analysis, real estate development, and negotiation.

We also have a training facility that seats twenty at our offices on 55 Broad Street in New York's financial district. It may be rented for classes weekday or weekend, day or after-work.
