Investment Criteria
Our investment platform, Kahr Real Estate, is currently seeking opportunities to reposition or redevelop real estate assets in the Northeast.
- Location: NYC metro area (NY, NJ, CT) is preferred. Philadelphia metro will also be considered.
- Purchase Price: $2 - $10 mm
- Asset Type: Multifamily, office, and/or industrial is preferred. Retail will also be considered.
- Ownership Structure: In addition to fee simple real estate, we are willing to purchase mortgages if the mortgage is distressed and we can finish the foreclosure process.
- Risk Profile: Core plus or value added
