We are in the process of raising funds for “Kahr Special Situations I” (“KSS”), an opportunistic real estate investment company.

We will seek to capitalize on our extensive network of contacts throughout the industry to source product.

To date, KSS has raised the initial round of equity from our management team and is seeking additional investors to achieve a target capitalization of $5.0 mm in equity.

KSS will seek out a variety of investment opportunities including:

1. Equity positions in existing real estate investments, including but not limited to cash flow generating assets, uncompleted construction projects, and land
2. Mezzanine debt, subordinated non-investment grade tranches of MBS, B-notes, and preferred equity positions, either new or existing
3. Investments in real estate operating companies

KSS will consider all product types. We will also consider international investments in markets where we have existing relationships.
