Investment Criteria

Our investment platform, KEC Properties, is currently seeking opportunities to purchase real estate assets in the Northeast.

• Location: Assets within 100 miles of New York City are preferred.
• Purchase Price: $3 - $20 mm
• Asset Type: Multifamily and retail is preferred. Office and industrial will be considered.
• Ownership Structure: In addition to fee simple real estate, we are willing to purchase mortgages if the mortgage is distressed and we can finish the foreclosure process.
• Risk Profile: Core plus or value added
