Two items this issue:
- 1. Need Free Help?
- 2. ARGUS Courses
1. Need Free Help?
A former student of mine is desperately looking for an internship.
She's an exceptionally bright undergraduate with a year to go before
she receives her Bachelor's from Baruch College (in New York City).
She took my financial analysis class at Baruch, and she is both
sharp and personable.
On account of that she's a foreign national who on a student visa,
she can't accept money, but she doesn't care; she's looking to work
in the industry and expand on what experience she has in property
management and brokerage.
If you're interested, drop me a line and I can either forward her
resume to you, or forward your contact information to her. let me
know what you prefer.
One of the reasons that I teach college courses is that some of the
students are worth the effort and she's one of them. Thanks.
2. ARGUS Classes
As summer slowly burns on, it's time to plan the new ARGUS courses
for the Fall.
There are two on the schedule in New York and Las Vegas; the good
news is that BOTH of them are weekend classes. After a lot of
feedback, I have decided to run the New York class on the weekend;
there are just too many people that can't block out four evenings to
take my class. So, if you're one of those people, now is your
chance.
To sign up for my ARGUS class in New York or (viva) Las Vegas, go to:

Current Dates for Public Classes:
New York City, 9/17 and 9/18 (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Las Vegas, 9/24 and 9/25 (Saturday and Sunday), 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
I also do a lot of corporate training work. in the last 30 days
alone, I held ARGUS trainings for a nationally known investment
company, an economic development corporation, and a Fortune 500.
